Housekeeping

Elm Lodge has excellent housekeeping staff who take pride in their work, ensuring that the Care Home is always clean and fresh. The Home provides a laundry service where we ask families for their assistance in naming clothing, to ensure that laundered items are returned washed and pressed immaculately, allowing our Service Users to take pride in their appearance.

NVQ’S available - Our aim is to train all Care Assistants to at least NVQ level 2. Our training programme meets the CQC recommendations and also specific requirements for the service user’s needs. All new care staff have care certificate.
